ORDINANCE NO. 638

AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE, BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE, CIS COMMITTEE, EVENTS COMMITTEE, NOISE COMMITTEE, ROADS COMMITTEE AND VOTER REGISTRATION COMMITTEE FOR 2009

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84, Section 4, requires all Committees be re-established/ reaffirmed at the first Town Commissioners' meeting of each calendar year; and

WHEREAS, January 10, 2009 is the first Town Meeting of the calendar year of2009;

NOW THEREFORE, the Commissioners of the Town of Dewey Beach appoint the following members to the following Committees:

1. Audit Committee - Donald Ziegler, Steve Montgomery, Joe Churchman

2. Budget & Finance Committee - Marc Applebaum, Bob Barry, Dale Cooke Steve Huse, Ken Miller, Mary Nelson,Bob Paulen, Dell Tush, David King, Don Ziegler.

3. CIS Committee - Rich Hanewinckel, Dell Tush, Barbara Magushack, Dale Cooke.

4. Events Committee - Dell Tush, Vivian Barry, Dale Cooke, Steve Huse, Frank McCluer, Steve Montgomery, Tom Murphy, Rachael Shapiro, Mickey Underwood.

5. Noise Committee - Dell Tush, Jim Baeurle, Dale Cooke, Jim Dedes, Barbara Dougherty, Carol Haley, Mary Nelson, John Snow, Steve Montgomery.

6. Roads Committee - Peter Lucas, Dale Cooke, Albert Genemans, Mike Harmer, Rick Judge, Mike Mickaliger, Mickey Underwood, Pat Wright.

7. Voter Registration Committee - Dell Tush, Vivian Barry, Dale Cooke, Marguerite Henthorn, Mary Nelson, Mickey Underwood.

Ordained and enacted into law this 10th day of January, 2009.
