How to find things on the site
•   All near-term events
•   All events for a committee/board/commission
•   All events for the calendar month
•   All things on a given subject (e.g. “Parking” or “dogs”)
•   Recordings of meetings (audio and video)
•   How to contact a commissioner
•   How to contact the town manager
•   How to contact the Building Official
•   How to contact the Police Chief
•   How to contact the Beach Patrol

All near-term events:
•   Click on the calendar (upper right corner of the home page)
•   Select the “list view” at the Pagetop of the window. You will then see a listing of the events for the past fifteen days and the next fifteen days.

All events for a committee/board/commission
•   Move your cursor over the left-side menu item “committees and boards.” You will see a drop-down list.
•   Click on the name of the committee of board or commission. You will see a list of the members; to the right of that list are two boxes.
•   Click on the “Notices, events and minutes” box. You will see a list of the events for it.

All events for the calendar month
•   Click on the calendar

All things on a given subject (e.g. “Parking” or “dogs”)
•   Find and click on the “search our site” menu item on the left.
•   Enter your search ter(s) in the box.
•   Click on “search.” You will see a listing of all pages on the site which have any of those search terms (those with all will be listed first).

Recordings of meetings (audio and video)
•   Find the meeting record. If you know the date, select it on the calendar.
•   If only one document for that meeting has been posted (agenda, public notice) then you will see that document and there is no recording.
•   Otherwise you will see a list of the posted items, and if there was a recording it will be listed.
•   Click on it. Bear in mind that video files are large and will take considerable time to download.
•   If a page comes up with a list of times and subjects, click on the link at the Pagetop of the page.
