One-Day Business License Application

Every entity doing business in Dewey Beach is required to obtain a business license. After your application and payment are received, a copy of your license will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided on the application. A copy of your license paperwork should be present in each vehicle conducting work in Dewey Beach for the license day. A copy of your business license can be provided at Town Hall if you do not have a printer readily available.
The penalty for conducting business in Dewey Beach without a town business license is a late fee of 10% of the fee owed, plus a fine of $500.00, in addition to the cost of the appropriate business license.
